Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Headwear (Fitted Caps & Beanies): Due to their personal nature and direct contact with the head, all fitted hats and beanies are final sale.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Any product that has been personalized, monogrammed, or customized for corporate gifts or individual orders.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or receipt.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address (our facility in Tucson, Arizona).

Important: Do not ship your return without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your receipt or the RMA email inside the package. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (e.g., DHL, FedEx) and retaining the proof of postage.
