  • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50 USD.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every item. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items under the following conditions.

Eligibility Window

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached (e.g., dust bags for briefcases, tags on dress shirts).
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

To ensure hygiene, safety, and respect for customization, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Headwear (Fitted Caps & Beanies): Due to their personal nature and direct contact with the head.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Any product featuring monogramming, embroidery, or custom branding for corporate gifts or individual orders.
  • Items marked “Final Sale”: Any product explicitly labeled as such on the product page or receipt.
  • Gift Cards (if applicable).

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Logical Support Team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Use the template below for clarity:

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we will email you an RMA number and detailed return instructions, including our facility address in Tucson, Arizona, USA.

Important: Do not ship your return without an RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

  • Securely repackage the item(s), ideally in the original packaging.
  • Include a copy of your receipt or the RMA email inside the package.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). We recommend using a trackable and insured service (e.g., DHL, FedEx) and keeping your proof of postage.

Step 4: Our Processing & Your Refund/Exchange

Once received at our facility (typically within 5-10 business days of you shipping it), we will inspect the item and notify you via email.

  • For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement immediately upon approval. Standard shipping rates apply.
  • For Refunds: See details below.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Upon approval of your return:

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Store credit is available upon request.
  • Timing: Please allow 7-10 business days for our team to process the refund and for it to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In rare cases for large or corporate orders not due to our error, a restocking fee may apply and will be communicated transparently beforehand.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., a backpack with a faulty buckle, a wrong size dress shirt), please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
